Yuccan - SmartInvite Chrome Extension
Yuccan - SmartInvite is a Chrome extension designed for registered professionals with a valid subscription to Yuccan Lead. It simplifies the process of inviting customers from your CRM to your Ambassador Program on Yuccan, as well as facilitating the submission of satisfaction surveys. The extension enables users to check real-time registration status in the Ambassador Program, register customers directly, and send satisfaction surveys seamlessly from their CRM interface.
To effectively utilize SmartInvite, users need to have specific customer information in their CRM, including first name, last name, email address for registration, and phone number for survey or invitation via SMS. Currently, the extension supports popular CRMs like Axonaut, Hektor, HubSpot, MyKW, and Spider-VO. For users whose CRM is not yet supported, they can reach out to request support through their Customer Success Manager.
